Niacin is a vitamin that can cause pellagra, a disease that results from not having enough niacin. Pellagra may lead to diarrhea, memory disorder, skin rash, and death. On the other hand, if a someone consumes to much of niacin, it can result in liver damage or flushing of the skin.

• Peanut butter
• Meats such as turkey, salmon, beef, etc.
• Mushrooms
